DUAL LESSONS
I am writing it for two specific reasons. It underscores two very big teaching points I just could not resist emphasizing. Before I tell you what they are, let me state the obvious. But then here is the not-so-obvious. Firstly, with all of Ray’s success (being the #1 income earner in our company) and the current knowledge he possess, you would think he might sit on his laurels and be content and chill. But here you see the absolute opposite. Here you see Ray Higdon top producer, money earner marketing giant yet again attending, traveling and paying large sums of money to further his mental and marketing growth. He just refuses to get complacent. He never ever loses his appetite to develop and thus become better.
As you watch him recite his well taken notes line by line, clearly you can see him continue investing into his mindset. He is just not satisfied to stay the same when there is still so much about our industry to learn. This my friend is the reason why he has become what he has and has what he has. It is also the reason Eva & I (and the entire BigWave Team) are ever grateful to have an upline, mentor and authentic leader in our lives in the person of Ray.
UNSELFISHNESS
The second point is that he is not selfish and always thinks of his team and others. Most marketers spending thousands to get such cutting edge info from the industry’s best would undoubtedly keep this for them self . But not Ray. Instead he willingly and immediately shared it with you and me AND right after the very first night of the mastermind event AND from his hotel room via his laptop. Wow. If that is not a servant leader and consummate giving upline, I don’t know who is??

Here’s one of my favorite topics and exposure methodologies when it comes to presenting our business (Numis) to prospects. Not only is this a great incentive to get people listening up and paying very close attention, it creates great RETENTION after they enroll, Reason? Because once a new rep starts realizing they have been losing out for years on what they could have been getting and now they are gaining, they simply won’t ever go back to losing situation again. You who are active and know this information I’m sure agree with this 100%
The simple concept is this: Saving Tax Dollars legally, speedily & ethically. All with the governments permission. Who do you think could benefit from that? Simply ask people around you. “Are you in a position to keep more of you hard earned money or better save 30-40% of the tax dollars currently leaving your pay check?” I’m sure you can guess how they’ll respond. And with some new updates on what IRS & Congress particularly in the USA for American business owners, there have up until Dec 31st by midnight (11:59 pm EST) to even greater incentive to start a business or home based business.

Are you a scared rep? C’mon, be honest. Are you one of them? Look we’ve all been there…
Quite seriously though, many reps in my company & (I’m sure yours) in general inside of network marketing are scared to pieces. Scared of what? THIS. They’re afraid to present their business to others. Actually scratch that word. There actually terrified to actually do what I’m actually going to show you. Show what you ask? -a simple and effective idea called a PBR
A PBR refers to as a “private business reception. And in my primary company its where a few local reps gather together to share business information in a very casual setting ie a boardroom, a cafe or better yet a home setting. To be quite honest PBR’s are where magic inside of network marketing happens. But it’s a lost art today. With so many online tools and techy substitutions it’s overlooked and under-valued as key strategy to produce massive results. Ironically though many top producers and mlm leaders agree 100% a PBR’s is still an effective way to expose, engage, explode and create duplication in your team or organization. You see the reality is ANY rep who wants success must embrace leadership. (They will have to personally grow by developing themselves) They will have to face this challenge, but the good news is it’s an incredibly rewarding one. One where you can get up in front a few people at first, then a smaller crowd after and eventually a larger forum to share your opportunity. By that time you will be dynamic. Doing PBR’s regularly sharpens your skills and promotes the same across your team. It’s where real success in network marketing is born, where dynamic leadership is honed and where great people skills are sharpened.
