You MUST protect your MLM business interest regardless of the great in fallible company you are building. Listen up.

The first one is an Auto-Pilot Cash Flow systems which are nothing more than valuable affiliate programs that pay yuou for referring and marketing them to others. They are one the fastest ways to earn immediate income as you aren’t responsible for designing them. You simply promote them. Why do this you ask? Well you can be in an immediate profit position from day one which really means you can run a business with positve revenue from the start. You’ll ever have to fund your business from personal savings, which happens to be the biggest drawback most marketers face in this industry.

Second concept is really a result. Business Retention. By setting up your affiliate programs and through offering continual value both from a structure and leadership position, you give your members and reps a reason to stay with you. Them staying with you helps you obviously make money faster on the front end but also aids you to build your brand. Your brand naturally will  increase your membership op-list. As your list swells (from building relationships..which s key!) you secure your ability to make money and stay in profit for the future. Business retention from this process  I just outlined means you’re building wisely and not spinning your tires replacing reps weekly & monthly. I can’t stress how important this is. Lack  of business retention is a recipe for frustration, disaster and a doomed business long-term.

The third piece is Lead Generation. You can’t succeed big time in this industry without people. Period! By having a people attracting system 24 hours a  day, seven days a week you’re on your way to developing a huge income. Would having more leads be a game changer for you? I already know your answer. In essence  what you create is a climate where you have way more people to talk to than there is time. Sound crazy? It’s not. With the internet as your platform, it really is the difference between what having a few prospects to talk weekly versus 20-30 a day. Then there’s the posture and confidence side. Would having more confidence knowing you have a ton of people to call? There is no question you would. The one fundamental thing all top earner and expert marketers have in their arsenal is a very effective lead generation system.

Heres the fourth thing, Personal Branding is the framework all of the above needs to be nestled in Why? Because of this one simple truth and philosophy. People do not join businesses or companies. the join people. Understanding this will accelerate you in this industry and make a world of difference. Consider if a tidal wave should hit your mlm company’s ship. It causes massive upheavals,shake ups and huge amounts of people are affected. What then? However, if you are the seen as the solid steady constant leader with a rapport and relationship with them as a result of your personal brand, you can still stay in business and bounce right back. Without a successful brand you will have to (short of a miracle)re-build from scratch.

Let me repeat, People do not join businesses or companies. the join people. If you’ve in the past or still do market your business heavily on the front-end only. Stop that! Learn to provide value and give insight to others. It will positively transform how people and your reps view you. It will not only position you as a trusted advisor and leader, but it will literally make you brand go viral. You’ll be seen as an “Alpha” amd people always want to do business with an Alph leader.

As you aim to grow a giant business free from any kind of future dilemma, calamity or hazard you need these four ingredient. The MLM company in and of itself won;t necessarily teach this  so that is why implementing these concepts and strategies is crucuial. It will turn you into a hazard-free network marketing leader that people won’t be able to resist. Remember only leaders make money in network marketing and they attract other leaders who want the same thing.
