The Secret of How MLM Team Momentum is Created

MLM Team momentum is truly created. It’s not automatic. If you have ever been inside of a network marketing company for any length of time you know that there is a marked difference between a group that sponsors and a team that has momentum. Webster’s dictionary defines momentum as: The quantity of motion of a moving body, measured as a product of its mass and velocity. By now you remember the formula from physics class. P = M x V This same equation holds true in network marketing. I will outline several points here in the blog on how you not only can start growing your personal business but how you can get to a place where you experience TEAM MOMENTUM.

The first commitment toward getting team momentum is to get a team in place. Seems pretty logical, right? So this means personally enrolling others into your business. You won’t have a team by yourself.  However, by using the various  methods we promote and  have posted here in this blog, you can accomplish this simply. Either using CD’s brochures, webinars, live one-on-one meetings, hotel presentations or recorded information you can easily enroll reps starting this week into your business.

Once reps have started their own business and joined your team, it is important not to leave your growth to chance or fluke. By providing a orientation session online or live a training you can facilitate the actions required for growth and get your new team member set up for success. Things like a welcome call in 24 hrs is vital. Other things would be determining their why, assisting them to write out a 100 name contact list, making 3-way calls to book appointments, booking a 1st PBR (as we teach in our company) and of course helping them in 30 days or less make $200 by getting them sliver eagle qualified.

Now that your new rep is taking action, the real art  in creating momentum is being able to teach what they have just done and being able to replicate that same action and result over and over and over again across the bigger team. Going back to our definition of momentum above, to paraphrase it’s about getting every member of  team 1) moving as 2) as fast as possible. So here is  key strategy that enables both of these things to take place.

HOST REGULAR or WEEKLY TRAINING EVENTS FOR REPS ON YOUR TEAM 
Prospects require presentations but reps need training – and for several reasons. By training your reps regularly you will add to their knowledge base and expertise without them having to delay or make the same mistakes others have made that slow down growth. The other purpose of consistent training is to “raise belief” When you can corporately raise belief across a team instead of just a few reps, you wil begin setting a stage for momentum. More team members begin to take action and now instead of independent sporadic success you have a wave of success occurring while duplication catches like wild fire. Such is the case on our very own BigWave Team happening currently. Once that momentum is visible, it is now easy for anyone new or old to be a part of it. For just like the momentum that a snowball has moving down a glacier, it quickly attracts to itself the same dynamic energy and not before long develops into an avalanche! 

You see, momentum builds first in the minds of players and participant (reps) and then manifests physically. Any team, whether sports, financial or mlm whenever it is fully unified with belief, there is no doubt those individuals can break records and accomplish quantum results. For a network marketing team they will always enroll more distributors (reps) and make history anywhere, any time and in any economic climate.

If you want to experience more momentum personally and in your team, start attending and promoting regular trainings locally, nationally, online and offline. Focus on raising belief as often as you can with stories and examples of other members growth inside your own team. Never forget that action produces results and success stories dissolve excuses!

I am writing it for two specific reasons. It underscores two very big teaching points I just could not resist emphasizing. Before I tell you what they are, let me state the obvious. He just refuses to get complacent. He never ever loses his appetite to develop and thus become better.

The second point is that he is not selfish and always thinks of his team and others. Most marketers spending thousands to get such cutting edge info from the industry’s best would undoubtedly keep this for them self . But not Ray. How To Build ‘Community’ as you Build Your Business

You want to make money right? But do you know how to make a difference? Well after reading this post you will. Many reps join an mlm or get started in network marketing because they see and want the money, they love the exotic cars the luxury travel etc. Of course I do as well. All of which are honorable goals. But what’s amazing to me is how so few see the connection between making that dollar and making a difference. You see the largest income earners and top success stories are created by those who fully grasp this equation and make it part of their mantra and team culture. You cannot have big success if it is only ever about you. According to my mentor Ray Higdon that vibration level is very small on the grand scale. If you’re going to make a bigger difference it requires you plug into a higher frequency. Leaders like Ray who do it differently but who also have the massive lifestyle all have one thing in common – they build communities

The word Community is a big word in the realm of mlm. It’s an inclusive word because it  involves more than just you and your needs. It is passionate and dynamic. So it is no surprise when I share below the 4 characteristics that all community mlm builders do an on regular basis.

1. They work hard. Strong work ethic is an absolute code of conduct for the community builder. When you see them on the stage of their company’s events, you know why they are there.They pack as much as they can into their day. Whether blogging, training, recording lessons and even traveling to build their teams. They put in the time and never negotiate the price. Community leaders do work smart but have unquestionable work ethic. Here’s a 7-minute video of Ray sharing with me why hard work is so undervalued.

2. They are coach-able. Community builders are always growing as a person. They seldom feel they have arrived and constantly improve themselves with books, audios, events balanced by a daily personal development program. They also have mentors and coaches they counsel with, mastermind with and learn from. At the core of their being they posses a humble and teachable spirit. They aren’t know-it-alls who block out side knowledge because of previous education or personal pride. Instead they are open to listen to wisdom wherever the universe is bring it from.

3. They inspire. Show me a community leader making a difference and I’ll show you an inspiring person. we’ve all felt these people’s energy. The key to their inspiration is they put people first. They make people feel important and lift them up in all they do. At least that’s the aim. Money and things are always last and that’s why they vibrate at the highest levels. That vibration that makes them resonate more with such a wide range of ethnicities, cultures and even other mlm leaders. They don’t have to recruit, they inspire and people simply join them. Once they do an interesting thing occurs, many of those reps who never thought they would make it past 90 days, make what I cal the big commitment and remain with that leader long-term.

4. They serve.  I had the distinct honor of sharing this insight on the final segment of a very special four- part webinar hosted by my amazing mentor Ray Higdon. It inspired me to write about this topic today. Among the multiple tips I gleaned from Ray in this webinar leadership course, the big takeaway for me was how we all can build community better to have the longevity we all want as a leaders. He even coined a new phrase which I believe will re-shape what how many will want to be viewed. Intimate Servant Leaders or ISL ISL’s all possess the traits I have just mentioned. They also take the time to spend with people (new reps) even when it is costly and sometimes inconvenient. In building my mlm community I have 4 rules I live by as an emerging ISL. a) People first, things second. b) I never cancel a meeting. c) This person could be the next Ray Higdon. b) When they enroll, they don’t just start a business, they join a family.

So the question is are you one today? Would you like to known as one in your company? If you’ve ever considered why preople remember JFK, MLK, Mother Theresa or Ghandi..It is becasue they served the masses, worked hard, remained teachable, inspired millions and served in a clear community way. That is how I feel about my mentor Ray Higdon and I include him today in that list of our world’s greatest ISL’s His recent series has impacted me in a very deep and profound way and you deserve to know and learn from him now and in 2012.

Building a community is not an option if you see what you do as huge as Ray does. When you start applying this you will no longer just have bunch of reps enrolled, but develop leaders who adopt a mission and a purpose. Then watch a movement that changes lives take shape.

Resolutions Vs Real Solutions: Why 90% of Network Marketers Fail To Change Their New Years’ Pattern

Don’t let this be you next year! You know, the rep that says they are going to do this and that and this and that. So many well meaning reps inside network marketing get very emotional and declare their brand newresolutions only to be dragging their heals in February. Sound familar? Have you ever stopped to consider what’s going on here? Did you ever think to could this be a pattern of systematic failure occurring? Well, this is exactly what is happening and it is not unique to marketers.

The entire society has been victimized by a excessive and over marketed concept of year-end or “new years’ resolutions” but seldom do they pan out They have everyone wanting to make more money, wanting to lose weight wanting to travel more or perhaps to improve the quality of relationships with their kids or spouses. These are all great desires but 90% are met with dismal results by the spring. The issue here is not bad people but  a bad cylical pattern and one that we are going to expose in this blog. If you want to get off the new years excuses treadmill, off the feel good ferris wheel and finally off the excuse-ridden roller coaster this post is for you or anyone else you feel can benefit. Once and for all we will expose and uncover why the average rep fails to change their new years patterns and how to get the results you actually want.

The reality is that all of our life is built on patterns and while these habits are inherently good, they are as only good as the committments we attach to them. You see just saying to ourselves or to someone else what we plan on doing doesn’t make that event magically happen. Infact if we tell the wrong person we can drive ourselves farther from the goal if there are negative emotions connected to that individual. The first step is to understand committment. In the words of George Zalucki, author of Profiles of a Champion book and audio cd, he defines committment as “Doing the thing you said you’d do long after the feeling you when you said it, has passed.” Ultimately it’s aboiut keeping your word (to you) You see what I have learned from all successul people in life is just that -they keep their word. They preserve their integrity with themself first and above all else. Then this same integirty flows out into every area of their lives. The second thing they do is maintain accountabilty. There is usually another person of extremely high integrity that they get in agreement with so that what they said they will get follwoed up on routinely. Now this isn’t a rigid or restrictive routine but one of mutual respect. It’s been seen time and time again that when two person of high integrity enter into an agreement, committments are successfully kept. What are you promising you and to whom have you committed the goal to? Simply put if you want the odds of keeping your resolution to increase dramamtically, share it with a person you feel has a higher committment level than yourself. They will hold you accoutable and your new years goal will actually become a real solution rather than just a resolution. You’re 50% on your way to seeing results, but there is yet a few more steps to mention. Here are three key disciplines all committed and high intergity marketers pattern. They are refered to as 3 P’s of success.

1. Prepare Someone once said preparation is 70% of the all success and I agree with them. In our business that is making a list or establising our inventory. The prospects on your list are actually your proprietary inventory based on the established relationships you have with them. Tip: This is a powerful concept the rich know and utilize to develop wealth and leaders over the centuries. If you are not prepared and do not know where you are or what you have to begin with, then you automatically set yourself up for failure. This limits your potential for impact and worst erodes your own self confidence, neither of which is good. So get prepared by writing down every potential lead, client ot prospect. Think about this and you’ll write more names down. What if your would be paid $100 dollars for every name you could just write down? Now you’re not pre-judging but just accumulating inventory. See how different you’re thinking now…

2. Present No one can ever join you in business if they don’t know what or who or more importantly why they are joinging. By accurately and effectively presenting the information they will come to see what you have seen and understand. How do you do this? One simple way is you use our calendar and you book it. If you are not disciplined then just let your calendar do this for you. An empty calendar doesn’t lie and if you fill up the boxes in your day-timer, you’ll fill up your bank account in time. Further, many of these prospects will come to meet some of the top leaders, trainers and mentors you have been able to access in your life. And all success hinges on power relationships when you really boil it down. How many leaders and coaches do the prospects you plan on presenting your business to in 2012 actually have access to? Can you see now that you do have something even great to present to them other than just the numbers?

3. Persist This last “P” is ever so critical as it brings together the previous two. You see creativity is no good without consistency and all the preparation and presenting is void if you never stay steady at it. I have seen many well prepared and polished people, fail becasue they just never stayed the course and this brings us back to point on integrity. Keeping your word helps keep you steady and consistent. Statistics shows the average network marketer experiences exponential income growth, team duplication and product sales in the 2nd to 3rd year of their business. But sadly this is also where most reps forfeit and sabotoge massive fortunes becasue they simply walk away, let go or quit. Here is axiom never to forget. Any farmer who sews seed and then leaves the farm loses twice. Once because he loses his harvest, but two because someoe else who stayed on that farm gets his crops. Isn’t it silly to miss out on what out on what you worked for in the first place? Truth is the guy or gal that just stays steady with a nice consistent work ehtic (and positive attitude) will always triumph and surpass the well-intentioned individuals who just never start or remain engaged. Always rememebr Prepare. Present, but never forget to persist.

I hope after reading this you are better prepared for 2012 and you’ll no longer be a victim in cyclical behaviour pattern making resolutions you’ll never realize. Cease from being a pawn of the marketing ploys of resolutions becasue they never work. Instead by making real soluitons with the 3 P’s and getting some help from high integrity people, your entire year will be the best year yet. Now it can really be a Happy New Year

5 Questions That Can Improve Your Decisions in Life and Business

Here’s a blog post for today and everyday you live your life. It has to do with something we can never escape. Regardless of the work, vocation or career path we have chosen, everyone of us has to do this in order to survive. Young or old, tall or short, rich or poor, fat or skinny , black or white.  They are called decisions. You know those dreadful things we hate to make but are so necessary for success in life and business.. Decisions are common to every person on planet earth and making “good decisions” is vital. A good friend of mine defines decisions this way: “The death of all other outcomes!” This just sums up how important we must see this process and never take it for granted.

Why do some people make good ones and some don’t? Why do some make ill-advised ones and some don’t?, why are some foolish ones and others wise? It’s actually very simple. We do not ask ourselves the motivating reasons why we are making the decision. But before I list them, let’s uncover a major road block that holds many back.

It is my belief and experience that many have a hard time with decisions due to one or both of these two very common fears:
1. The fear making a bad decision.
2. The fear of what others will think of a that bad decision they just made. It is these two mental road blocks that leads to the inevitable worst scenario and it is this. Not making a decision at all. You see indecision is even far worst than no a poor decision. Why? Because because you never took control or responsibility, you simply just let life happen or chance or fate make it for you. This is just not a healthy way to live and any sane person  would tell you the same thing.  Never forget this concept: It is far better to attempt something great (a decision) and fail than to attempt nothing (no decision) and succeed? I think so.

Regardless of how you slice it, whether in work, family, finances or personal growth, we just cannot get away from the decision making process. We do this everyday and multiple times a day. Things like how we balance our check book, what job we should pursue, what to eat, how we dress, where we should travel and the one we will focus on now is who or what we should listen to for our advice. You see the real challenge is learning and training ourselves to be better decision makers. Instead of just not deciding at all or making ill-advised decisions let me simplify it. WE MUST DECIDE TO DECIDE AND DECIDE TO MAKE BETTER DECISIONS!

Have you ever heard the phrase, “Decisions shape destinies and great decisions leave legacies?” No statement can be more true! In life I’ve witnessed one bad choice ruin a magnificent person’s potential and oppositely have also seen a broken life recover marvelously due to a someone making a hard painful unpleasant but well advised decision

It’s human nature for some to  claim that taking no action is better than poor action, however the latter can always be corrected. A bad decision although bad is still a decision which has the power to teach us immense lesson and deposit great value in our lives. Which  in the end is beneficial than just complete abandoning of a decision. You may have to meditate on that for a minute…Yes it is a fact that gross decision (personal responsibility negligence) has derailed many well meaning folks equivalent to the poor decision itself.

So how do we aim to improve our abilities to execute proper thoughts and good decisions in our lives, business and relationships? Well, here are 5 points to consider.

A. Is the decision I’m making advance my life or holding it back?

B. Is someone else completely making the decision for me? If you are not the one ultimately making the decision and another is doing for you, they are robbing you of the power of choice. Always make the final decision yourself.

C. Will not making the decision keep the circumstances unchanged or worsen it? If not making a decision stagnates you or the condition you’re in and worst, even magnifies it then that is a huge indicator one must be made.Tough or not – make it.

D. Are those assisting me to decide truly qualified to influence my life? This is huge, Having wise counsel and sound experience to advise and direct our steps is always invaluable. As the proverb of old states: Sometimes the best experience is someone elses’

E. Do I have a true calm and peace once I make the final decision? If you have made a right decisions you will and should feel a sense of calm and peace about it. Not always easy to sense immediately it should be detected with time. The calm comes from knowing you made a quality decision for the best of you and all others considered.Wait for the peace and never second guess yourself.

If you commit to making these 5 questions a default mental guideline to deciding on a daily, monthly yearly basis, you will clearly see the quality of those decisions improve. Steadily over time your life will change for the better. Your friendships will strengthen with those you love and respect. In business your integrity will be unshakable and unquestionable and your leaders will replicate and duplicate after you.

Yes, there will be some extremely tough decisions that will involve of course more time, facts, information.and even some soul searching. But at the end of the day, the best results are what we are pursuing. You will come to see that there is no reason to fear making decisions at all but to learn the process by which to make good ones. You’ll see that you can become the best leader you desire and a better person in that process.

So decide to decide, today and do it with these 5 questions. Do not be afraid to make a bad decision but instead improve the process by following the guideline listed above. Do it and  watch your health, wealth and family relations and of course you network marketing business soar.

5 Unmistakable Ways to Know if You’re an MLM Guru…

Struggling to get real results in your network marketing business? Bought every cd series, ebook training and gone to every high cost motivational event across the globe? Have you even tried to emulate the top gurus in the industry and haven’t cracked the code?
Well today I’m going to expose 5 myths that can make the difference for you. You see the truth of the matter is you don’t have to be or become a guru to start making money and build a massive team. Actually if you grasp these truths in the following lines, you will never want to be a guru at all.  So how do you know if you’re doing things like guru and how to do the opposite…keep on reading.

You know you’re an mlm guru when…

1.) You never pick up the phone to speak to any one in your front line or down line team because that is for amateurs. Leaders who have contributed to the idea that to be a big player in mlm is by not taking calls or answering there phone are dead wrong. Not only will they seriously cripple their long-tern checks but more importantly training there teams for stunted growth because no one will ever pick up the phones to connect with other prospects.

2) You want to let a system replace your human touch and automate “everything”. No system as good as it is will ever do everything. The key to building a long-term thriving organization is connecting with people and your team. In the network marketing industry there are many systems that can solve problems but the one thing it cannot do is the build relationships. It is these key relationship that produce great leaders and ultimately monetary success into the future. The legendary John Maxwell has quoted “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”

3) You view your group only as another big transaction when a new affiliate “flavor of the month program” comes out. This one really irritates me…When a so called guru only sees their team, group or list as a dollar signs ($) in my opinion they are committing a relational crime of trust. People who take advantage of their people by using their influence base and platform just to keep selling the latest and greatest or every program under the sun, confuses and hinders team growth. While tools and affiliate of value are worthy to be promoted, the  real issue is the motive of that guru so-called leader. Good people who feel taken advantage time and time again will eventually quit and look for some one who won’t manipulate them but actually provide, protect and produce with and for them. This is true leadership!!

4) You have amazing skills to do what you do BUT no one else on your team can duplicate you. I’ve found that the greatest leaders in this industry in fact do have have amazing skills and abilities. They are exceptional presenters, great connectors and constant closers. However the liability I have also witnessed is these very skills not being transferred and passed on to others. The danger in being the “guy” or “gal” that is the only one, means that you are an anomaly or as we are discussing the un-relatable “guru” In order to have true duplication which leads to massive residuals many years into the future  is by not being the only person who can do it. That’s where walkaway income becomes  a reality. So teaching others to do is the 1st part of the secret and then teaching others to teach is the 2nd part…that’s a smart network marketing leader!

5) You have a network marketing job because you’re always the super hero and have to keep performing to sustain your income. Having a job is one thing but many gurus simply have the same by not  duplicating their skill to their team. A network marketing job isn’t desirable either.  Who wants that? By being the sole guy or gal that does it all, the genius, the magic, the there is no duplication and as a result to freedom. However by training others to do what you do and better is how you have the very thing network marketing is all about. Freedom. “True Leadership is defined as making yourself increasingly unnecessary.”

So think you still want to be a guru,…thought you have a different perspective. Really the path to super star levels in any network marketing business is all about possessing  people skills, taking personal organic action daily, not taking advantage or your people, thinking about the interest and well being of your team and duplicating yourself by raising up other leaders.

Why You Shouldn’t be Afraid to Present & Why PBR ‘s Are The Answer

Are you a scared rep? C’mon, be honest. Are you one of them? Look we’ve all been there…

Quite seriously though, many reps in my company & (I’m sure yours) in general inside of network marketing are scared to pieces. Scared of what? THIS. They’re afraid to present their business to others. Actually scratch that word. There actually terrified to actually do what I’m actually going to show you.  Show what you ask? -a simple and effective idea called a PBR

A PBR refers to as a “private business reception. And in my primary company its where a few local reps gather together to share business information in a very casual setting ie a boardroom, a cafe or better yet a home setting. To be quite honest PBR’s are where magic inside of network marketing happens.  But it’s a lost art today. With so many online tools and techy substitutions it’s overlooked and under-valued as key strategy to produce massive results. Ironically though many top producers and mlm leaders agree 100% a PBR’s is still an effective way to expose, engage, explode and create duplication in your team or organization. You see the reality is ANY rep who wants success must embrace leadership. (They will have to personally grow by developing themselves) They will have to face this challenge, but the good news is it’s an incredibly rewarding one. One where you can get up in front a few people at first, then a smaller crowd after and eventually a larger forum to share your opportunity. By that time you will be dynamic. Doing PBR’s regularly sharpens your  skills and promotes the same across your team. It’s where real success in network marketing is born, where dynamic leadership is honed and where great people skills are sharpened.

The Basics & Fundamentals of a 3-Way Call

In this blog post I want to cover the value and importance of implementing 3-way calls. This applies  for you and any other serious rep you know who may be seeking to have more reps, better quality reps and sponsor them faster in your primary business.

The 3-way call is more than just three people on a phone call. It is a powerful strategy for increasing a reps ability to enroll more reps by using the credibility of a 3rd party (usually more successful than themselves). It is a valuable art and science that many aspiring well meaning reps eager for success are simply overlooking.

If you’d like to increase your sign ups starting today, then let us examine (3) key points:

1) What a three way call is. 2) When to use a three way call and 3) why they work so well.

To put it simply a three-way call is where you have 3 people on the phone who are in different locations. They will obviously be you, your prospect and your calling partner aka your successful “edifiable upline.” They are going to be the one speaking to your prospect on your behalf for multiple reasons which I will outline next. A few things to remember upon enrolling in your new opportunity is to list and record all the cell numbers of your calling partners/ successful uplines so you know how to reach them.

When do you use a three way call? Three ways are very useful to accomplish various goals. The obvious one is tho handle and deflect any high level questions you cannot handle the tough objections. You can use them to welcome a new rep to your team.

Above all of the reason evident to use 3 ways the one powerful thing it does  demonstrate is support within your team by clearly showing the rep that they too can build the business. Because if they can get people on a three way call as well, then they can build the program. They will clue in that you are saying very little and the upline is the one doing the explaining, so since people tend to duplicate what they see, this is exactly what they will do in the future. This is POWERFUL in network marketing as it related not only to 3 ways but fundamentally you growing a massive organization and massive residual income.

Why do Three Way Calls Work? Here’s why and why they are of utmost importance not only  in network marketing but in really any business dealing where multiple people are involved.  I shall give you the simplified understanding without going into the high level psychological explanation. Whenever people want to be most persuasive with other people, two elements need to be present. Trust & Respect. One without the other is not as effective as with both. While a rep may have the trust of a potential prospect they may not have the business respect required to close the deal. By bringing in a third party you trust & respect who also has the expertise and authority to speak on a business level, you are increasing the odds because this speaks to the prospects intellect, logic and emotion. The pressure comes off you and is placed on the third party individual.

If you haven’t done any three way calls with your business leaders, start today. If your leaders are truly leaders in your company they will welcome them whole-heartedly and you will see your results skyrocket. Don;t do all the heavy lifting. Work smart not hard.  get out of your way and experience faster success with the power of a well done three way call.

Are You Being Trained Properly in Your MLM Opportunity??

Are you being trained properly and by a true mentor? This is a very thought-provoking question but one that must be asked especially today. It’s one all serious network marketers and aspiring leaders should ask themselves. And I am asking it to you TODAY.

Many reps after much searching and combing around the internet will usually end up signing up into an opportunity and 75% of the time with a complete stranger. They may even get recruited by a “guru” but the question remains, are you being trained properly? You see I have often wondered this as well…”Does being sponsored by a top producer/personality automatically guarantee you your best chance of success in your mlm opportunity?” Unfortunately 99% of the time, it is simply not the case.

Why then, if the result is not what is desired do so many naive newbies flock to enroll with a person who a) cannot train then, b) will not train and for the record c) doesn’t even care to train them?  Well, unfortunately the answer to that question is an entirely different blog post topic that I’ll handle in future. However, keep reading for a helpful litmus test to see if you are being trained well currently.

Here are 4 fail-safe questions you and  all smart network marketers (wanting success) should always ask themselves when looking to choose the right company and a good leader to work with.

1) Will this person train me? If this person shares the compensation of their company only but not a clear blueprint of what you will learn to become a top earner/producer, they are not the one!

2) Will this person develop me? If this person totes how well you can do and how big you can grow blah blah but never extols the virtues or benefits of a proven personal development plan. Guess what? They’re not the one! A promising sponsor/mentor always endorses and edifies improving your self image and “business self image” through books, cd’s and educational conferences.
3) Will this person support me? If this person says you will get the latest greatest e-book or downlaod-able training tutorials but would never pick up the phone to take your calls or would never think of spending a few minutes of 1-on-1 coaching time with you ie coaching call  or 3-way call with you and your prospect.  BINGO. They are not the wizard of oz.

Finally,
4) Will this person show me the way? All great sponsors, upline leader, mentors are “examples” Meaning they are on the field with you. Doing what they promote and teach, leading by example. They  never say to their team “go do it” but instead say “let’s do it together”  This person is the one!
