My recent trip to NU7 where many of my fellow reps and business partners traveled to to learn how to grow their teams was very fruitful. While we had hours on in session inspiration and practical hands on learning, this one lesson I discovered, I just had to record and share with you.
The very location of our training was in Orlando Florida, home of legendary and magical Disney World. Only a few miles from the famous theme park I learned that the entire property including where our luxurious Caribe Royale Hotel was built on was once all swamp land. Imagine that! What once existed only as mud and marshlands, today has transformed because of the power of one man’s dream. Here are the exact dimensions of what Walt Disney dreamed and manifested into reality with the remarkable facts to go with it.
I’ told the Walt Disney property is the world’s most-visited entertainment resort. Located in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, it’s approximately 21 miles (34 km) southwest of Orlando, Florida. The resort covers an area of 30,080-acre (47.00 sq mi; 121.7 km2) and includes four theme parks, two water parks, 23 on-site themed resort hotels (excluding eight more that are on-site, but not owned by the Walt Disney Company) Included are a campground, two spas and physical fitness centers, five golf courses, and other recreational venues and entertainment which opened on October 1, 1971 since that time they have added the Magic Kingdom theme park and Epcot.
It really is amazing when you grasp the scope of this place -Walt’s dream came true. In the below video I share the lesson I learned as I walked the property and city that Walt’s dream took shape and came alive in. It is a lesson we as entrepeneurs can continue to draw courage, hope and insight from. While so many people feel like a dream is weak and dreamers are passe, this couldn’t be farther from the truth. Dreams are all around us even now as you read this blog on your computer, mobile device or tablet. Everything you touch daily is a product of a dreamer and evidence that someone never gave up on their ideas but had the courage to pursue it. Do you have the courage today to dream on?
Today , commit that you will do these 3 things: 1) Identify like Walt YOUR dream 2) you will not let any person positive or negative steal it. and 3) have the guts to work your tail to manifest it. Then millions and millions of people, couples and families, from around the world will travel to see what you made into reality and see you were right.

Let’s face it, people we all tend to procrastinate on many the things in life and also in our business. Seems like there is epidemic of perpetual delay ravaging society. To read a previous blog on how to overcome this CLICK HERE, but I’m sure you remember times when you had something very important to get done like a phone call, or a doctor’s appointment or even your receipts to prepare for your taxes..sound familiar? There is a solution to this but one that require a change in mentality and intention. In this blog I am going to deal with why and how you should act when it comes to time-sensitive information and value packed offers when presented to you in life and your business.
Do you expect good things to come your way? Do you anticipate fortune or failure? Think the doors are closing or opening for you? why I start here is becasue the biggest problem why we have what we have is due 95% in part to our own mindset and self-imposed ideologies,. Meaning that while we want good outcomes, if we inherently believe “that’s not for me” or “I always have something preventing me” or “It’ll never happen for me” It is this exact mindset that dictates your behavior, Thinking a certain way makes you act a specific way. so if you believe that a deal is great but you will miss it, then you’ll be lazy or seemingly self-sabotage yourself with little to no action.
Many of us have had the same opportunity presented, but the (difference) in the person who achieved more, is that the person who viewed it as a moment for them, decided to act and then took the required action. Here’s the first thing we all should do before a value-packed offer / time sensitive result-oriented proposal arrives. Expect & believe that it was designed for you and if no one else takes advantage of it, it has you name written on it and meant specifically for you. That will change your entire outlook. You won’t view it now as chance or luck or random, but intended for you. The second and obvious thing is to act. I don’t care how good an offer is, nothing happens until you take action. There is an axiom in our industry that says: if it is to be then it is up to me.
So if you’ve been looking for things to change in your business or your life. Stop looking for what isn’t there and start seeing the opportunity that are there. Search for what is presenting itself to you right now.

Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed a WMTYM video. Even if you didn’t send one in, I still appreciate you watching and listening to the hearts of all your team members and fellow reps express and share the most important things to them. You gave them an audience and wrote uplifting comments which said to me you are all truy amazing team players. For those of you spoke your mind and rose above the fear, and trepidation and nerves, know that it took energy to know what to say, but courage to speak it. And further as I witnessed many visit and re-visit their goals and dreams verbally, those very words were able to inspire themselves and others in the process.
